PROFESSIONAL EXAM FOR BANKRUPTCY ADMINISTRATORS:

Regulations on terms, program and manner of taking the professional exam for conduct of activities assigned to bankruptcy administrators within the Ministry of Economy (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no. 43/05) (hereinafter: regulations), provides all the terms, manners and program for taking the professional exam required for obtaining the license of a bankruptcy administrator.

The aforementioned regulations state that the professional exam is to consist of a written and an oral part.

The written part consists of answering questions.

Every question is worth an appropriate number of points with a total value of 100.

A candidate acquires the right to take the oral part of the exam only if he scores at least 70 points on the written exam.

The oral part of the professional exam includes solving a hypothetical case and presenting it to the exam committee.

The oral part of the professional exam also serves as an opportunity to asses whether the results thatcandidates achieved in the written part of the exam reflect their practical knowledge of the bankruptcyproceedings to a required degree.

Written part of the exam is acknowledged for two oral parts.

Here you may see how one of such written exams looks like, together with a hypothetical case that belongs tothe oral part of the exam.
